Music Video Treatment Feedback

I have asked four of my friends a few questions about my my music video treatment. I chose to ask these four people because they are in the target audience for this artist and are of both genders.

All four of the people I asked had heard of The Script however only two had heard their song called 'Talk You Down' which is from their first album. This shows me I have chosen a good choice of song as the artist is well known within their target audience however the song isn't which allows me to produce a good music video for this and make it well known.

All of the people I asked agreed that my treatment sounds like it could be used for a new Script video in an urban setting. However they did say I should include a lot of tracking shots following the main performer in the video as this is a similarity throughout all The Scripts videos.

According to the feedback from the four people I asked I have got the costume for the performers correct by not using sports branded clothing and just having plain tops and jeans or chinos. They did however mention about hair styles and piercings of the performers which I could maybe have.

The people I asked think that my treatment shows the potential to allow the video to be classified as illustration and also they said the lyrics will allow me to this very easily apart from the chorus itself. As this may prove difficult to represent I will most probably lip sync in this part of the music videeo. This is not a bad thing as there is quite a lot of lip syncing in The Scripts videos.
